Mercier Consultancy is looking for a Dutch Speaking Customer Support Agent to join our Food Delivery Service Department. In this dynamic role, you will be the main point of contact for customers utilizing our food delivery services. Your fluency in Dutch will be critical in assisting users with their orders, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise. Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch regarding food delivery services.
- Assist users with placing orders, tracking deliveries, and managing accounts.
- Resolve issues related to orders, payments, and delivery status in a timely manner.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records for quality assurance.
- Collaborate with delivery and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on menu changes, promotions, and service offerings to provide relevant information.
- Gather feedback from customers to suggest improvements in service and processes.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
- Experience in customer support, particularly in food service or logistics, is preferred.
- Outstanding communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Able to handle multiple inquiries and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with customer service tools and online delivery platforms.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
