Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service in German for inquiries related to high-end coffee machines.
- Assist customers with the selection, purchase, and setup of coffee machines.
- Handle technical inquiries, troubleshooting, and provide practical solutions.
- Guide customers in the effective use, maintenance, and care of their machines.
- Document customer interactions and feedback for further improvement of service.
- Work closely with sales and technical teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
- Stay knowledgeable about new product releases and industry trends in coffee machinery.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably related to high-end products or technology.
- A genuine interest in coffee, with a strong understanding of coffee machines is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-oriented attitude.
- Technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot customer issues effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if necessary.
