- Respond to customer inquiries in Italian through phone, email, and chat.
- Provide information on products and services, guiding customers through their queries.
- Efficiently resolve customer complaints and technical issues.
- Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions for quality assurance.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer support processes continuously.
- Stay informed about company updates and product offerings to provide accurate advice.
- Gather customer feedback to identify opportunities for service enhancement.
- Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service.
- Familiarity with customer service software and digital communication tools.
