Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries in Italian through phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide information on products and services, guiding customers through their queries.
  • Efficiently resolve customer complaints and technical issues.
  • Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions for quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer support processes continuously.
  • Stay informed about company updates and product offerings to provide accurate advice.
  • Gather customer feedback to identify opportunities for service enhancement.
  • Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and digital communication tools.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined to work effectively in a home office environment.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing customer needs and service enhancements.
