In this crucial Junior role, you will be the primary point of contact for our Czech-speaking clients, assisting them with their questions and concerns related to our streaming services. Your fluency in Czech will enable you to provide personalized support and ensure a seamless viewing experience for our subscribers.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Czech through phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with questions regarding streaming services, account management, and technical issues
• Accurately document customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively
• Provide detailed information regarding service options, billing, and content availability
• Gather customer feedback to improve service quality and client satisfaction
• Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of our services and platform

• Fluency in Czech and English, both written and verbal
• Prior experience in customer support, preferably within the streaming or entertainment industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A proactive approach toward ensuring customer satisfaction
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a dynamic environment
• Familiarity with customer support tools and technologies
