Mercier Consultancy is excited to welcome an Italian Speaking Consultant to our Client's IT Support & Tech Solutions Department. In this essential Junior position, you will be a crucial resource for our Italian-speaking clients, providing support and guidance for their IT and technology-related challenges. Your role will help clients optimize their systems and enhance their overall tech experience.

Your responsibilities will involve troubleshooting technical issues, offering advice on best practices, and conducting training on our technology solutions. Your strong communication skills and dedication to client satisfaction will be key in building lasting relationships and ensuring client success.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking clients seeking IT support and technology solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve various IT-related inquiries and challenges
• Advise clients on best practices for utilizing our technology solutions effectively
• Conduct training sessions to enhance clients' understanding of IT tools and services
• Document client interactions and maintain accurate records of support activities
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to address complex issues and improve service delivery
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in IT support and technology to provide informed advice

• Fluency in Italian and English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of IT support principles and technology solutions is preferred
• Experience in a customer-facing role, particularly in technical support, is advantageous but not mandatory
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Proficient with IT support tools and software applications
• Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical clients
• A genuine interest in technology and a desire to learn is highly beneficial
