Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Japanese via email, phone, and chat
- Assist users with questions regarding platform features, account management, and troubleshooting
- Accurately document customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and enhance user satisfaction
- Provide clear guidance on using the platform effectively
- Collect user feedback to inform improvements and update services
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with product developments
- Fluency in Japanese and English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer support, ideally in the tech industry
