Lithuanian Speaking Consultant for IT Support & Tech Solutions Department

Mercier Consultancy is delighted to announce the opening for a Lithuanian Speaking Consultant in our Client's IT Support & Tech Solutions Department. This critical Junior role will empower you to support our Lithuanian-speaking clients by addressing their IT and technology needs and enhancing their overall user experience.

Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting technical issues, providing advice on best practices, and offering training sessions on our technology solutions. Your communication skills and customer-centric approach will be essential in fostering successful client relationships and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for Lithuanian-speaking clients seeking IT support and technology solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve a range of technical inquiries efficiently
• Provide guidance on best practices for utilizing tech solutions in their operations
• Conduct training sessions to enhance clients' familiarity with our IT products
• Document client interactions and maintain accurate and organized records of support activities
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client issues and improve service quality
• Stay informed about the latest trends in IT support and technology to deliver informed recommendations

• Fluency in Lithuanian and English, with excellent communication skills
• Basic understanding of IT support concepts and technology solutions is essential
• Experience in a customer-facing technical support role is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Capability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
• Familiarity with technical support tools and software is a plus
• A genuine interest in technology and a commitment to client satisfaction is highly valued
