Slovak Speaking Customer Support for Mobile Retail Department

In this essential Junior role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our Slovak-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to mobile retail products and services. Your expertise in Slovak will be critical in delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in Slovak via phone, email, and chat regarding inquiries related to mobile retail
• Provide assistance with product information, order statuses, and returns
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and feedback
• Educate customers about our mobile products, offers, and promotions
• Gather insights and customer feedback to enhance service quality
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on new products and services

• Fluency in Slovak and English, both written and verbal
• Prior experience in customer support, especially in mobile retail or technology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A customer-oriented approach and a passion for technology
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with customer support tools and CRM systems
