In this dynamic Junior role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our Slovak-speaking clients, providing them with top-notch assistance related to our mobile streaming services. Your proficiency in Slovak will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers enjoy a seamless streaming experience.

Responsibilities

• Address customer inquiries in Slovak via phone, email, and chat
• Assist users with questions about mobile streaming features, account settings, and troubleshooting
• Document customer interactions and resolutions using our customer relationship management system
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer issues
• Provide recommendations and guidance on how to maximize the use of our streaming services
• Gather user feedback to help improve our services and offerings
• Participate in ongoing training to keep up-to-date with product features and updates

• Fluency in Slovak and English, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in customer support, ideally in the technology or streaming service sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing high-quality service
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with customer support tools and software
