Mercier Consultancy is excited to welcome a Spanish Speaking Consultant to our Client's IT Support & Tech Solutions Department. In this essential Junior role, you will support our Spanish-speaking clients by providing expert guidance on IT support and technology solutions that fit their needs. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional service and ensuring clients have the tools necessary to overcome their technical challenges.

Your key responsibilities will include resolving technical issues, advising clients on best practices, and providing training on our technology solutions. By effectively communicating with clients, you will help them enhance their IT capabilities and improve their overall operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for Spanish-speaking clients seeking IT support and technology solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve various IT-related inquiries and concerns
  • Provide advice on leveraging technology effectively to meet business objectives
  • Conduct training sessions to help clients understand and utilize our tech solutions
  • Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions
  • Collaborate with other teams to address complex inquiries and improve service performance
  • Stay abreast of trends in IT support and technology solutions to provide informed guidance
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with strong communication skills
  • Basic understanding of IT support principles and technology solutions
  • Experience in a customer-oriented role, particularly in technical support, is preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client needs effectively
  • A willingness to learn and stay updated on technology trends
  • Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to clients
  • Genuine interest in technology and a desire to assist clients in making the best use of their IT investments
