Spanish Speaking Customer Support for Home Appliances Department

Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Spanish Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Client's Home Appliances Department! In this pivotal Junior position role, you will be the primary point of contact for our Spanish-speaking clients, providing expert assistance and support for inquiries related to home appliances. Your fluency in Spanish will be essential in ensuring our customers receive the high-quality service they expect.

This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service and possess a knack for problem-solving. You will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Spanish via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with questions about home appliances, including troubleshooting and product information
• Accurately document customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve more complex client issues
• Provide detailed information about product features, warranties, and service options
• Gather customer feedback to contribute to ongoing service improvements
• Participate in training sessions to maintain up-to-date product knowledge

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the home appliances or retail industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A proactive approach to ensuring customer satisfaction
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with customer support tools and CRM systems
