In this essential Junior role, you will be the first point of contact for our Spanish-speaking users, providing them with outstanding assistance and support as they navigate our ride-sharing platform. Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Spanish via phone, email, and chat
• Assist users with questions regarding the ride-sharing app, including account support and feature usage
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex user issues
• Provide guidance on best practices for utilizing the app effectively
• Gather user feedback to enhance service delivery and application functionality
• Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on app features and customer service techniques

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the technology or mobile app industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
