In this essential Junior role, you will be the first point of contact for our Spanish-speaking users, providing them with outstanding assistance and support as they navigate our ride-sharing platform. Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Spanish via phone, email, and chat
- Assist users with questions regarding the ride-sharing app, including account support and feature usage
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex user issues
- Provide guidance on best practices for utilizing the app effectively
- Gather user feedback to enhance service delivery and application functionality
- Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on app features and customer service techniques
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the technology or mobile app industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
