Messaging Strategy Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Messaging Strategy & Operations Associate to support Sender Operations and Deliverability functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage phone number applications, configurations, and migrations using internal tools and partner portals
• Maintain messaging program compliance by leading audits and troubleshooting spam blocks
• Track phone number lifecycle issues and investigate messaging or deliverability incidents

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or U.S. equivalent in a relevant field
• 1 year of professional experience in data analytics within the technology industry
• 1 year of experience collaborating with internal teams such as Sales, Product, or Engineering
• Experience working directly with engineering teams to troubleshoot issues
• Professional experience in the SMS and/or Email Deliverability space is preferred
