Accountable for daily operations of a solo-person site. Perform contracted office services including copy, courier, managed print, hospitality, imaging, and mail services. Operate office equipment such as PC, copiers, multifunction devices, imaging and mail equipment. May handle courier, reception, switchboard, shipping/receiving, and mail processing duties. Maintain formal customer contact and implement client Service Excellence programs. Manage materials and supplies to achieve cost targets. Support contractor monitoring, inspections, reporting, and vendor/facility interactions.

Candidates must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
