Metadata Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Metadata Analyst to remotely support a federal financial client.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities to ensure catalog/metadata processes run smoothly
• Answer queries from various teams, troubleshoot issues, and update metadata as needed
• Complete various metadata audits and report audit progress against goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in data analysis or a related analytical field
• Knowledge of metadata concepts and experience with SQL and/or SAS
• Understanding of database architecture concepts and data lineage
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust MBI security clearance
