Metrics Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Metrics Business Analyst to support operations through data management and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SMEs to create and maintain databases for operational data metrics
• Interpret and analyze data to support management decisions and Flag level briefs
• Develop qualitative and quantitative reports to evaluate data collection effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business management and analysis
• Proficient in Microsoft Access, SharePoint, and the MS Office Suite
• Ability to prepare and present high-level briefings using Microsoft PowerPoint
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited U.S. University or equivalent military/commercial experience
