Key Responsibilities

• Implement PSDS focusing on MVP of portal setup and workflows for Help Desk
• Support foundational setup for future self-service experiences for customers
• Utilize NowAssist and Virtual Agent technologies

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS) or Customer Service Management (CSM)
• Several years of relevant experience preferred
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Ai is a plus
• Ability to work in a fully remote environment
• Contract position lasting 12 months
