Mid-Level Engineering Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mid-Level Engineering Technician to support Navy customers in a remote location.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, installation, fabrication, testing, evaluation, sustainment, and troubleshooting of systems and subsystems
• Provide input into project processes and procedures while producing and reviewing technical documents and drawings
• Mentor and oversee the technical work of junior technicians

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 4 to 10 years of professional experience providing engineering support on Navy programs
• Experience with shipboard maintenance on Navy combatants
• Familiarity with new ship construction and working in a shipyard is preferred
• High school diploma or GED is required
• Eligibility to hold an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance
