Job Summary
A company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician - Part Time.
Key Responsibilities
- Process letter requests and member correspondence through data entry and customer service notes
- Perform data input/validation, Quality Assurance (QA), and client obligation fulfillment
- Participate in Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives and complete reporting tasks
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent experience
- 0 - 1 years of relevant experience; clerical experience preferred
- Preferred: Pharmacy Technician license/certification as required by state laws
- Basic math skills and general PC knowledge including Microsoft Office
- Willingness to learn internal systems and processes as needed
