MMI Audit and Billing Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst I, MMI Audit and Billing.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate audit sheets and invoices for shipments and storage services
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of invoicing and resolve unbilled transactions
• Provide customer service support and coordinate with business partners on invoice inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Technical Diploma/Associate's Degree in Accounting/Finance preferred
• 1-2 years of finance experience acceptable in lieu of formal education
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to perform calculations related to finance
• Experience in reconciliation and audits
