Mobile UX Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mobile UX Designer to join their mobile application development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity visual designs based on product/user requirements
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and collaborate with product management
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design practices and maintain visual consistency across products

Required Qualifications

• Experience in UX/UI design for both mobile and web applications
• Strong understanding of user research methods, accessibility standards, and mobile design standards
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to balance user needs with business objectives and technical constraints
• High emotional intelligence (EQ) and ability to work independently on projects
