A company is looking for a Mortgage Call Center Representative (Temp-to-Hire).
Key Responsibilities
- Assist homeowners with routine or complex issues and requests in a call center environment
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues using an advanced telephony system
- Track and document all communications with customers to maintain a detailed history of contact
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 2 years of Call Center or Customer Service experience preferred
- Basic mortgage product knowledge preferred
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Must be available to work Monday - Friday 12-9 EST with rotating Saturdays
