Key Responsibilities

• Input application data collected by the Loan Officer and ensure data accuracy
• Review loan application packages for completeness and identify issues before processing
• Prepare and assist with loan documentation while ensuring compliance with regulations and policies

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; 2 years of college preferred
• Understanding of general loan guidelines
• Previous mortgage loan experience
• One year of experience with Encompass
• Proficient computer skills
