Mortgage Loan Processor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Processor (Level 1/Junior).

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage up to 30 client loan files simultaneously, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Serve as the primary point of contact during the mortgage process, providing updates to customers and team members
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely loan package completion

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience processing conventional mortgage loans
• Experience supporting multiple loan officers/originators
• Proficient in using the Encompass Loan Origination System (LOS)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Organized in managing borrower information and documentation throughout the loan process
