Key Responsibilities

• Process mortgage loans, applications, and documentation with a focus on accuracy and compliance
• Verify completeness of documentation for loan closings and manage a pipeline of active loans
• Assist in scheduling loan closings and respond to inquiries regarding the mortgage process

Required Qualifications

• Expertise in mortgage documentation and compliance
• Ability to accurately calculate income for loan applications
• Experience with Encompass or similar Loan Origination Systems is preferred
• Knowledge of mortgage processing procedures and regulatory guidelines
