Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Processor (Level 1/Junior).

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage up to 30 client loan files simultaneously, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the mortgage process, providing timely updates to customers
• Ensure all loan packages are compliant and complete before submission to underwriting

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience processing conventional mortgage loans
• Experience supporting multiple loan officers/originators
• Proficient in using the Encompass Loan Origination System (LOS)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must reside in a state where the company is currently licensed
