A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Processor.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and verify loan application data and supporting documentation
• Manage a pipeline of loans and ensure compliance with loan quality standards
• Communicate with borrowers and team members to gather necessary documentation and address issues

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum of 3 years of loan processing experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Knowledge of TRID and other mortgage banking guidelines
• Experience with POS approval processes and AUS
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
