Mortgage Processor III

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Processor III, responsible for processing loan requests and ensuring compliance with guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain effective communication with all parties involved in loan applications
• Obtain necessary documentation from internal and external sources for loan processing
• Monitor and analyze documentation to ensure adherence to guidelines

Required Qualifications:

• Associates Degree or two years equivalent work experience
• Two to three years prior mortgage processing or underwriting experience
• Good PC skills with knowledge of Excel, Word, Email Platforms, and Adobe
• Knowledge of product, investor, and compliance requirements
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments
