Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Primary Care Advanced Practice Provider (Remote/Part-time).

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patient needs and presenting symptoms via phone or video
• Order labs, imaging, and refer to in-person specialists when necessary
• Manage patients with chronic conditions and maintain accurate patient records

Required Qualifications

• Board certification in family or internal medicine
• Active licenses to practice in at least 10 states
• At least 10 years of primary care experience
• Willingness to become licensed in additional states as needed
• Availability to commit at least 10 hours per week
