Job Summary
A company is looking for a MyChart Service Desk Agent.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, chat, and ticket submissions
- Assist patients with activating accounts, resetting passwords, and navigating the MyChart Portal
- Utilize knowledge base resources to troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a High School diploma or GED
- Previous experience with EHR systems preferred
- Experience in a healthcare setting as a medical assistant or central scheduler preferred
- Strong PC skills with relevant troubleshooting examples
- Previous call center experience preferred
