Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('SpinCo') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. The well-capitalized company will have significant scale as a pure-play set of assets anchored by leading news, sports and entertainment content. The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025.

Job Description

The Brand Partnerships Team is designed to drive go to market strategy for sponsorships across all Entertainment properties.  We help to drive revenue as consultative partners to Sales, Clients and cross-functional teams through deep knowledge of our brands, IP/assets across NBCU, and the power to unlock the most strategic, innovative, and strategic packaging recommendations.

As the Coordinator, Brand Partnerships you will support the full team that manages and supports all Entertainment brands from end-to-end. You will report to the SVP of Brand Partnerships and Marketing.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage and support Entertainment brand management from end-to-end
  • Cultivate relationships and facilitate efficient, transparent communication with internal partners: sales, marketing, development, sales enablement, creative, planning etc.
  • Preparation and curation of all materials for The Weekly Scoop; our weekly communication to the sales team at large for all sponsorship priorities and important information
  • Publishing all Brand Partnerships real-time communications on The Digital Scoop Channel; the complimentary digital component to The Weekly Scoop
  • Aggregation of information from various working teams for Peacock Double Scoop monthly communication
  • Work hand in hand with Sales Enablement for development and curation of monthly external Scoop communication tool
  • Coordinate and publish all 48x48 materials from Brand Partnership team inclusive of maintaining all updates in coordination with VP/Director and Development
  • Maintenance of all Sponsorship Frameworks & Placemats in coordination with VP/Director
  • Assisting with financial tracking of tentpoles in coordination with VP/Director
  • Attend meetings with Brand Partnerships team, summarizing key notes and next steps to internal working teams
  • Manage sponsorship status documents, trackers and support with other administrative needs
  • Responsible for saving materials and maintaining Brand Partnerships SharePoint drive
  • Special Projects as needed:  Monitoring competitive activity for key accounts, Category analysis, Script reads etc.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of professional experience at an advertising, branded content, media agency, media company or sales organization
  • Skilled in PowerPoint and other MS Office programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Experience with Salesforce, Highspot, Monday.com is a plus

  • Team-oriented - Ability to effectively take direction and apply learnings to everyday responsibilities, a can-do attitude
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of media marketing, the sales process and creative development with interest in pursuing career in relevant field
  • Experience in presentation design is ideal
  • Highly curious and innovative with positive energy
  • Familiarity and/or willingness to learn both Quantitative and Qualitative research tools
  • Excellent oral, written, presentation and budget management skills
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, other design and presentation platforms, etc.

Additional Requirements

  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States now and in the future.
  • This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

Salary range: $55,000 - $58,000 + overtime eligible
