NCLEX Success Assistant Professor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an NCLEX Success Assistant Professor I.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitates NCLEX and HESI preparation for learners and graduates through personalized coaching and support
• Monitors learner progress and engagement, maintaining open communication throughout the coaching process
• Develops and facilitates study sessions and evaluations for assigned learners, participating in faculty meetings and committees

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) required; Doctorate preferred
• Experience in facilitating concept-based nursing education preferred
• Proficiency in at least one learning management system (LMS), preferably Canvas
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
• Willingness and availability to fulfill responsibilities throughout three academic semesters each year
