Job Summary

A company is looking for a .NET Tech Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and development of backend services using .NET and Scala
• Guide and mentor engineers, ensuring high-quality and scalable code
• Drive initiatives such as API unification and performance optimizations

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in backend web development using .NET technologies
• Expertise in .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and C#
• Strong experience with microservices architecture and containerization using Docker/Kubernetes
• Proficiency in writing Unit and Integration tests using testing frameworks
• Intermediate level of English and Ukrainian (understanding)
