.NET Tech Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a .NET Tech Lead for a 100% remote, direct hire position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional, agile development team and serve as a technical subject matter expert
• Provide guidance and mentoring through pair programming, code reviews, and career development planning
• Design system features and contribute to cross-team platform design decisions while ensuring adherence to technical standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 12+ years of experience as a software developer, primarily using C#
• Experience in enterprise-level system architecture and cloud services, preferably with Azure
• Proficiency in designing and delivering RESTful APIs and complex business processes
• Experience with creating CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IAC)
