Network Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Architect to join their Network Services/Design team.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from business units, Information Security, and IT/OT infrastructure groups
• Lead efforts to evaluate new technologies and select new technology vendors
• Develop new network designs/architectures with input from technical peers

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in networking, with at least three years leading network design projects
• Cisco professional or expert level certifications, or IT-related bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience working on DMZ environments and knowledge of load balancers and firewalls
• Experience creating and deploying enterprise-wide network routing designs
• Understanding of network programming technologies (Python, REST, GitHub, JSON) is a plus
