• Provides on-call support and fulfills end-user requests

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on network engineering experience
• Basic understanding of networking protocols and the OSI or TCP/IP model
• Hands-on experience with network diagnostic tools and equipment
• Experience with VLAN management and troubleshooting
