Network IP Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network IP Engineer - Route/Switch to join a leading telecommunications and network solutions provider in a fully remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead validation and testing efforts in lab environments for new IP routing and switching hardware and software
• Configure and integrate IP routing and switching products into Tier 1 Carrier environments
• Troubleshoot complex network issues through fault isolation, replication, and resolution

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as a Network Engineer with a focus on routing protocols and switching
• Demonstrated expertise in lab-based testing, validation, and troubleshooting of IP networks
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and obtain an Active U.S. Government Secret Clearance
• Proven experience working independently in lab and production environments, ideally with Tier 1 Carriers
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
