Software Development Intern

Description:

NeueHealth is seeking passionate and driven interns interested in software development to join our consumer platform team. In this role, you will contribute to the development and ongoing maintenance of our healthcare products. You'll collaborate closely with the development team and participate in our coding and validation of feature releases.

This role offers the opportunity to not only participate in the active development of innovative healthcare solutions but to also experience how an effective remote software team collaborates and build enterprise cloud software.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the software development of NeueHealth's healthcare solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand use cases, expected behavior and validate functionality.

• Contribute to feature development, code reviews and bug fixing.

• Brainstorm ideas on process improvements and potential automation.

Qualifications:

• Technical proficiency in:

  • TypeScript

  • JavaScript

  • SQL

• Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud computing (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP).

• Experience with enterprise application development.

• Experience in the Healthcare industry.
