New Jersey Licensed Clinical Pharmacist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Clinical Pharmacist (Wednesday to Saturday).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for patients, families, and healthcare providers to address medication-related problems and questions
• Plan, implement, and maintain procedures for medication assessment, compounding, packaging, and labeling
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws, and oversee pharmacy technicians in medication reconciliation and inventory management

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• BS in Pharmacy; PharmD preferred
• Current, active license in the state of NJ
• 2+ years of experience in pharmacy distribution and packaging, with exposure to geriatrics and/or chronic care management
• Experience or strong interest in clinical pharmacogenomics preferred
• Must be registered or eligible for registration with the appropriate State Board of Pharmacy
