Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Lines Associate Client Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Support lead servicer in managing a high-volume book of business and ensure timely completion of tasks
• Maintain accurate account details and organize documents in EPIC
• Generate standard communications to clients and carriers using templates and system-generated letters

Required Qualifications

• 0-2 years' experience in Commercial Property and Casualty
• Licensed or in the process of obtaining a state Property & Casualty insurance license
• Knowledge of Excel, Word, and other MS Office products
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to learn coverage fundamentals and meet client expectations
