New Jersey Licensed Staff Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Temporary Staff Accountant to join their Revenue team.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and import journal entries into Great Plains and Netsuite
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis for financial reporting
• Assist in internal and external audit processes and perform ad hoc analysis as needed

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of accounting experience or a Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA is a plus
• Basic understanding of and ability to apply US GAAP
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Experience with accounting systems like NetSuite and Great Plains is a plus
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work collaboratively across teams
