Job Summary

A company is looking for a Server/Systems Engineer III.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain, optimize, and ensure the security of collaboration systems, including preventive/corrective maintenance
• Record and manage configurations, incidents, and processes while ensuring compliance with standards
• Generate and present detailed reports on performance, capacity, and security to senior management

Required Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in Microsoft suite administration, including Exchange Online and Teams
• Proficiency in PowerShell, PowerBI, and scripting for automation and deployment
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technology support focused on collaboration tools
• Previous experience in collaboration security frameworks
• Successful project management experience in multi-functional teams
