Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist licensed in NY.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret patient care notes for prior authorization and care plan recommendations
• Monitor patient adherence and evaluate therapies for side effects, recommending changes as needed
• Supervise support personnel and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent advanced degree
• Licensed Pharmacist in the state of NY
• 1+ years of experience preferred but not required
• Knowledge of complex/chronic disease states and specialty medications
• Commitment to obtaining any additional required licensure within a mutually agreed timeframe
