Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• PharmD degree from an accredited pharmacy program
• Current state pharmacy license
• Experience in inpatient pharmacy settings
• Completion of a pharmacy residency is preferred
• Knowledge of pharmacotherapy and medication management protocols
