New York Licensed Senior Highway Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Highway Design Engineer to work remotely from New York.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform highway, interchange, and street design, including geometric design and drainage design
• Utilize engineering software and collaborate with CAD designers and subcontractors
• Develop engineering products that meet quality requirements, including calculations, drawings, and technical reports

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Strong NYSDOT highway design experience
• 8+ years of experience with 3D design of major road projects
• P.E. License required
• Proficiency in CAD and engineering software, with knowledge of Bentley's InRoads and OpenRoads Designer preferred
