Key Responsibilities

• Participate in structured learning through virtual classrooms, mentorship, and hands-on experience
• Shadow claims experts and practice in a simulated environment to build confidence in claims management
• Gradually take ownership of workers' compensation claims and engage in professional communication with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4-year degree from an accredited institution preferred
• Computer literacy, including familiarity with M365 products
• Adaptable to changes in procedures and technology
