Job Summary

A company is looking for a Kinetic Next Gen Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from top-tier customers regarding various inquiries
• Resolve customer billing issues and product/service concerns
• Educate and sell products and services to new and existing customers

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with at least 6 months of experience
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in PC skills, including Windows and keyboarding
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Initiative to gain knowledge of billing systems and order entry
