Job Summary

A company is looking for a NOC Engineer to join their Support & Operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for urgent technical issues, supporting global customers
  • Monitor live dashboards to identify, triage, and escalate service disruptions
  • Follow runbooks to maintain platform health and resolve incidents
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in a NOC, technical support, or service desk role, or a relevant degree
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (IP, DNS, VPN, SaaS)
  • Ability to read logs and troubleshoot across distributed systems
  • Familiarity with ticketing platforms (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk)
  • Exposure to monitoring tools like Datadog or Kibana is a plus
