Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Care Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs related to therapeutic interventions and follow-up care
• Implement treatment plans and coordinate the treatment process and discharge planning
• Facilitate wellness groups for patients post-discharge

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, human services, or a similar health-related field
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience preferred
• NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions within 3 months of hire
• Resuscitation Quality Improvement certification required
• Good working knowledge of computers and ability to care for Behavioral Health Age Specific populations
