Job Summary

A company is looking for a Guardian Associate (Workers Compensation Claims Trainee) as part of their Emerging Talent INVEST Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in structured learning and engage in instructor-led sessions, online modules, and job shadowing
• Shadow claims experts to learn best practices in managing workers' compensation claims
• Handle an evolving portfolio of claims under supervision, applying training to real-world scenarios

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree or 4-year degree from an accredited institution preferred
• Proven experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• Strong familiarity with M365 products (e.g., Outlook, Word, basic Excel, and PPT)
• Adaptable to changes in procedures and technology
• Curious, learning-focused mindset
